The purpose of this survey is two fold:

1)  So we can help evaluate the quality of the service that the Caxton Hall team currently.
2)   Identify areas that need improvement, as well opportunities for future developments.

We would welcome your participation even if you are not currently using our services but could be interested .

This survey is not very long with only 11 questions, of which only two are compulsory.

Your details will not be shared with any third party, and indeed you can complete it anonymously.  However if you which to be entered into a raffle for £25 Marks and Spencer voucher, we will need your details.
